INVITATIONS ONLY:
Once your order has been placed, you will be emailed within 2 business days a production schedule that outline dates for submitting wording, proofing, production and shipping.
Proofing : You will receive a digital proof based on production schedule.
There is a maximum of 2 proofs....additional proofs will cost $30...so please make all changes before approving. Once final proof has been approved your order will go into production based on production schedule given.
Assembly and Due Date : Date based on production schedule. If you need your order before the date given on your production schedule, please email us. All invitations take a minimum of 3 weeks to complete. However, if you need your order in less than 2 weeks there will be a rush fee of 35%.
**Please email or call us if you need assistance with color selections**
Please make sure you make the correct color selections from our color swatches before checking out. If for any reason you hit the wrong color swatch, please send us an email or give us a call right away. These invitations are made to order...so it will be hard to change colors after we have started the design process.
Shipping: All invitations are shipped via FedEX and products such as tees, mugs, candles, notepads/books etc. are shipped via USPS priority mail unless otherwise indicated.
